Daily Meditation

Source of Breath,

the Living One who flows through the universe,

may your divine light shine brightly.

Let your harmony rise among us;

let your desire unfold here

as it does in the deeper order of things.

Grant us what we need for this moment -

nourishment for the body,

clarity for the mind,

wisdom for the path.

Release the burdens we carry,

as we release what we hold against others.

Protect us from trials that overwhelm,

steer us away from currents of harm,

and guide us into your wholeness.
