May the Source of the Breath of Life,

vibrating through the whole of the universe,

Shine your light in clear steady focus,

and grant us nourishment, and understanding.

Release us from struggles, so that freedom may rise within us all.

Let the harmony of the universe enter this moment,

settling all things into their right place.

Guide us away from the trials of the world, and protect us.
