can you not judge others?

it's so difficult! I struggle.

Watch and observe and don't rush to judgement ... is the best I can do

and when I do judge... judge with kindness and give people the benefit of doubt, and judge with love in your heart ❤️

(that's the best I can do 😉)

but buddha says this ...

an untroubled mind

no longer seeking to consider

what is right and what is wrong

remind beyond judgement

watches and understands

I think the lesson here is to not be so quick to judge, we all at least can do that can't we?
