writing things down seems to have an magical effect, perhaps it's the magic of spelling? why I might write things down many times saying I need to do this or that ... it does seem to be that eventually that thing will get done and when you reflect on things from your past or from the day, writing them down appears to release them in some way, helping you to analyse the situation ... it does seem to give some kind of therapy and when you write in just a creative manner, things from the ether or from God appear on the page ... it does seem to be a means to contact a higher force or for power #spelling #journaling #drbae
